Imported module fails. Possible issue with base_url syntax

Hi,
I've installed the script from gallery and ran with parameters, however execution fails.
The log shows script is not calling the resource correctly: INFO: Calling https://management.azure.comsubscriptions/12345678-1234-1234-1234-123a12b12d1c/resourceGroups/fabric-rg/providers/Microsoft.Fabric/capacities/fabricf2test/suspend?api-version=2022-07-01-preview.
Possible issue is with base_url expecting / sign.
The args does not ask for subscription or resource group information. Preferred approach would be to have individual string values for each without url formatting e.g. / sign.
Suggestions?
