Scanner re-Initialised Issue #1509

@juliansteenbakker I faced this issue.
When I set my await cameraController.stop(); and, after some delay, if I then await cameraController.start(); to start it again, the scanner does not restart. It appears frozen.
I'm using the latest 7.0.1 version.
