Description
As of Feb 2025, the dev bucket has two top-level prefixes:
cpg0007-prism
- email thread "Fwd: PRISM compounds in Cell Painting" will decide what to do here
jump
- contains metadata, load data, profiles generated by partners. The metadata may still be useful but the remaining can almost certainly be deleted. The only exception is source_15
which contains both plates that were uploaded to the production bucket, as well as those that were not because we the metadata about them was never recovered (so they were "useless")

In specific, see this comment:
Many plates did not have backend, only images (n=89); these were dropped <....> They images have not been deleted from the dev bucket but we will likely delete them in the future unless we learn more about them in the future
Older notes
There are two sets of images

The plate in the bleaching set can be deleted.
From https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-024-02241-6#Sec6:
we imaged four replicate plates of the A549 24 h compound plate six additional times to test for photobleaching from repeated imaging;
The unbleached one is here

The 6 bleached versions of it are here

The upside down one can also be deleted
We use only the corrected one:
I have now deleted both
