404: Not Found error when viewing dataset notebook

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://developer.ibm.com/exchanges/data/all/bias-in-advertising/'
2. Click on 'View dataset notebooks'
3. See error

Expected behavior
Ability to view dataset notebook

I'm having the same problem. This link here points to a project presentation on some archival Git branch:
https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/DCMLab/schubert_dances/blob/ada-project/DataStory.ipynb
It has been working for many years. Now it yields 404. The problem also shows when I head to https://nbviewer.org/ and enter the (still functional) URL of the notebook: https://github.com/DCMLab/schubert_dances/blob/ada-project/DataStory.ipynb

I have the same issue: https://github.com/rebeccapeltz/data_analysis_code/blob/main/5_python_refresh/why_python.ipynb
It renders on GitHub but not on nbviewer.
