Slider labels in react wrapped component are wrongly positioned

Description

The slider labels are not positioned correctly when wrapped within react.

If found a similar issue where min and max are ignored when setting the initial value.

I suspect this is because they are setup after the valueAsNumber. Presumably, just moving line 34 after line 37 fixes the issue.
