iOS Safari Dialog scrolling issue #234

Describe the bug
When testing my site on iOS, scrolling is not working inside the dialog box. I've attempted to spend some time to debug this without much luck. Seems like a possible bug with Safari, maybe there is a hack around it? Figured I'd post it if anyone has some ideas on this.
To Reproduce
launch a dialog box in safari mobile, click here to access a playroom to demo this issue on your phone
Expected behavior
Should be able to scroll on any device.
