Delphi was a big rapid development platform back in the day. Interacting with its format outside of Pascal ecosystem would be useful for software preservation tasks.
This is able to parse dfm files from https://sembiance.com/fileFormatSamples/archive/borlandDelphiForm/, and also a game resource file that uses TPictureCollection from DelphiX.
