feat: new token evaluator

Description of the Changes

this is WIP
add new token evaluator which gets an arbitrary config object and the tokens are dot-delimited paths in the object.
this will enable using any available config object as source of token evaluation and will remove the necessity to create the model hardcoded.

CheckLists

• changes have been done against master branch, and PR does not conflict
• new unit / functional tests have been added (whenever applicable)
• test are passing in local environment
• Travis tests are passing (or test results are not worse than on master branch :))
• Docs have been updated
