Is it possible to generate API key for non-superuser?

I'm looking at switching from user/pass credentials to API key. However I cannot find a way to generate an API key for any user outside myself, which as Owner is more privilege than I want to make available in-cluster.

Initially I don't see the Control Plane API Key section under any other user at all when looking under Admins & Users. That was with accessing from unifi.ui.com, if I do local instead the section does show up for all users, but the Create New button is greyed out.

Also tried logging in as the other user and self-generating but they cannot access the same page as they only have Network Site Admin permission granted.

That's strange, I thought non owners could generate API keys. You may have to stick with username and password until another solution appears. I won't deprecate it completely anytime soon.
