Enforce folder behaviours #6
Description
Seeing as this is a sort of Swiss army knife for API integrations, we could add functionality to auto-override or auto-revert folders when they need it. (this may well be legit behaviour in enterprise settings, while it's not great in the base Syncthing IMHO)
