Thi pull request adds the ability to add force_index to joins. Sometimes the query optimizer just needs a little hint for what index it needs to use.

This PR adds the ability to use FORCE INDEX on JOINS.
Sometimes the query optimizer just needs a tiny hint for what indexes it needs to use.
