Add Parser to the Neovm treesitter Repository

This should allow users to enable this parser along with the plugin and use it for better syntax highlighting than the current vim syntax highlighter.

This grammar has been added to nvim-treesitter (see this PR)

You may need to configure nvim to use kcl for .k files with something like:

vim.filetype.add({
    extension = {
        k = "kcl",
    },
})
