Job render test tool.

Hi Team,

I was thinking can we have some kind of test tool to render LAVA job locally instead waiting for event to trigger and render job in pipeline.
This will help to test changes locally before deployment. Pls let me know if such tool already exists.

We don't have any tool like that I believe. @nuclearcat can comment on the feasibility of such tooling if you are interested in contributing it.

There is kci job tool available to generate and submit jobs locally.
