Fix New Formatting For Use in Line Graphs

The new formatting broke our line graphs :(

I have fixed the issue, but the temporary resolution allows for visualization of points calculated with the proportion of results < LOD >40%. We need to ask NER team how to handle this in visualizations. Display with a note? Remove completely? I would prefer a fix that displays these points but has a not or indicator that shows they were calculated with >40% results below LOD. This would allow us to keep the visualizations with the caveat that we cannot value those points as heavily.
