Bug Report: Soft Key Functions Disabled on Flip Phones When Using Key Mapper

On flip phones, the original functions of the soft keys (the buttons above the D-pad) often get disabled even when those keys are not remapped. For example, if the middle soft key normally opens a menu, and I map it that holding it should launch an app, the normal press no longer opens the menu.

Interestingly, this issue does not occur when Key Mapper is running with Shizuku enabled and active.

I've had this problem on the Sonim Xp3900 and TCL Flip 2.
Both run Android 11.

I'm using Key Mapper version 3.1.1.
I think this is a relatively recent bug.
