Update for Jellyfin 10.8

Change branding from Vu+ to Enigma2
Fix wrong default hostname
Add new options UseLoginForStreams, UseHTTPSForStreams
Use a new GUID to avoid clashing with the older version of plugin

I recommend uninstalling older versions of the plugin first.
