Randomization of letter text and subject

Previously I used Mailwizz, there is such an option, example:
[RANDOM_CONTENT: Var1 | Var2 | Var3 | ....]

I would like to suggest adding such a function, unfortunately I have not studied GO and cannot add it myself, but on my PHP projects it is done very easily.
Example of implementation:
{{ RANDOM_CONTENT "var1|var2|var3|var4" }}
