DRY Kethereum version #6
Description
currently when bumping the KEthereum version we need to do it in the gradle file and in the source. Would be nicer to have one central point where it is defined. When using the android build-plugin this is possible with the BuildConfig field - I am not sure how to do this with the pure Kotlin plugin yet.
