Beta release 3.4.3

First beta release. Changes from the previous version:

Added - Humidity mode channel
Added - Humidity status channel
Added - Outside temperature channel

Improvement - changed minimum update time for message pump to 2 seconds (set it manually) to speedup items update.
Improvement - detection of connectivity issues and relogging after 5 failed attempts to communicate with the device.

Additional ground work for future channel updates and improvements.

Note: this release reverted to 3.4.3 and Java 11
