Bug report

Title

Leads: - Wrong message shown in Meetings, Calls, and Lunches tabs under Leads – no button on left panel

Issue Description

Inside the Lead detail view, when navigating to the Meetings, Calls, or Lunches tabs, the system displays the message:

"You can add meetings by clicking on the button on the left panel."

This is inaccurate and confuses users, because no such button exists on the left panel. Instead, all related activity options are located inside the "Activity" button.

Preconditions

1. Krayin CRM version: 2.1
2. Framework Version: Laravel 8.x
3. Commit ID: [fill if known]

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Krayin CRM Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Leads section.
3. Open an existing lead or create a new one and view it.
4. Click on the "Meetings", "Calls", or "Lunches" tab.
5. Observe the message displayed when no records exist.

Expected result

  • Instruction message should clearly mention the actual way to add Meetings/Calls/Lunches.
  • It should point users to the Activity button where those options are available.

Actual result

The message shown is: "You can add [meetings/calls/lunches] by clicking on the button on the left panel."

  • No such button exists on the left.
  • Actual way is through the Activity button.
  • This may mislead users and impact productivity.

Suggested Fix

Replace the message with something like:

"You can add [meetings/calls/lunches] by clicking the 'Activity' button on the left panel and selecting the relevant option."
