Kucoin Api V2

Kucoin has updated their API to V2.
Could we update ModBas to V2 please?

"To reinforce the security of the API, KuCoin upgraded the API key to version 2.0, the validation logic has also been changed. It is recommended to create and update your API key to version 2.0. The API key of version 1.0 is invalid. Check new signing method"

Good point. I have to confess I'm not using this code that much and have this year been focussing on my work which leaves very little hobby time. Will do my best to produce an update in June.
