python package?

Are there any plans to create a python package for txt2onto2.0? 

This would greatly help with software installation and management (e.g., integrating txt2onto2.0 into a larger workflow). 
It seems that you are most of the way there; you just need to add a `pyproject.toml` and maybe create a cli.
