Several Macintosh configurations missing ability to use floppy disks

The following Macintosh machines do not have the ability to configure a floppy disk image to be mounted on the machine, despite the real-world versions of them having floppy drives capable of using 800K and 1.44MB disks:

Quadra 605
Quadra 610
Quadra 650
Quadra 800
LC III
LC III+
LC/Performa 475
LC 520
LC 550
LC/Performa 575
Centris 610
Centris 650
Macintosh TV
Any of the PowerBook Duo machines
