Currently I see that it is still in alpha release so just wondering when the beta release will be available for asomanagedclusters

cc @nojnhuh this has been stable in v1alpha1 for almost a year IIRC and has performed consistently across several ASO API version updates, I think we can reliably cut a v1beta1 API at this point

@jackfrancis @nojnhuh any further update on the decision to release v1beta1 API ? It would be nice to have it.
