Is there any associated documentation that needs to be updated to show now that these are deprecated?

Not that I'm aware of. Or at least not specifically because we are deprecating the go packages.

We are building up general documentation for v1beta1 => v1beta2 in PRs like this: #12236 (comment)

(I can add it in that doc though, if we want)
