What happened:

Since Release Notes handbook have been moved to deprecated. And release notes is now merged with docs.

We should also remove the Links pointing to the release-notes handbook.

  1. Head to https://github.com/kubernetes/sig-release/blob/master/release-team/README.md
  2. Scroll down to https://github.com/kubernetes/sig-release/blob/master/release-team/README.md#kubernetes-release-team-roles
  3. See in tabular column release notes handbook present here. which is already been merged to docs and have been deprecated.

Anything else we need to know?:

I would suggest removing the handbook link in the Release-Team README.md
