内网服务器，开通访问公网，和被公网访问，只能选择其一

内网私有化部署，如果开通公网，那就不能被外网访问了，飞书是不是无法配置订阅了

没太看明白，从你的描述上来看，是网络架构的原因，跟fastgpt似乎没有半毛钱关系

飞书订阅肯定需要外网，除非你是私有化飞书
