Chunked transfer

Folks - I embed the Echo server in my edge oci distribution server which functions as a lightweight containerd mirror. Apparently containerd can be configured to require chunked transfers. I don't see anything in the Echo server that supports chunked transfer so before undertaking to do it my hand I wanted to ask if I'm missing something or its on a roadmap. Thank you.

Go http.Server does the chunked transfers magick for you. Do not send the Content-Length header and server will try to chunk responses
