Micro QR generates the same code for any text

When generating "Micro QR" barcode, the result does not depend on the input string, the same image is generated.
I tested in VCL demo.

There's a superfluous "begin - end" pair in zint_qr.pas that causes some code to not execute.

The solution is to remove: begin in line 2333, and end in line 2380.

This fixes the problem.
