Creating examples for input and parameter file setup. #139
Description
Need to create at least two notebooks and example scripts demonstrating how PLEIADES can be used to create input and parameter files. Also need to include some simulated transmission spectra for usage in the examples.
I think we need to setup some examples around the following fitting routines.
- Single Isotope: Gold (Au-197)
- Two Isotopes: Natural Sliver (Ag-107 & Ag-109)
- Two Isotopes: Natural Uranium (U-235 & U-238)
- Multi-Isotop: Natural Tungsten (W-180, W-182, W-183, & W-184)
I would like to setup examples around all of these four transmission data sets. They will be generated by iNEUIT using the following parameters.
Nuclear Data Library: ENDF/B-V.III.0
- Gold - 0.5mm thickness
- Sliver - 0.5mm thickness
- Uranium - 0.5mm thickness
- Tungsten - 0.5mm thickness
This meta-data should be either saved in a README.md file or the example data should be save in a format that allows for meta data.
