Build spiner with strict warnings

The SpinerEOS EOS models currently emit a number of warnings when building with the SINGULARITY_USE_STRICT_WARNINGS flag on. This makes it harder to debug other issues in the code when spiner is built.

It looks like it would be pretty easy to fix some of these warnings.
