Removing middelware with parameters.

Is it intended withoutMiddleware does not remove middleware when the parameters do not match?

Example:

// A group that applies 
Route::middleware(['throttle:60,1'])->group(function () {
    Route::get('/', function () {
        //
    });

    Route::get('admin/profile', function () {
        // A route that removes.
    })->withoutMiddleware([ThrottleRequests::class]);
});

The example above will not remove the middleware because the parameters do not match. gatherRouteMiddleware will compare the following values:

'Illuminate\Routing\Middleware\ThrottleRequests:60,1' // The one that is applied
'Illuminate\Routing\Middleware\ThrottleRequests' // The one that should be removed

The following example removes the middleware:

withoutMiddleware(['throttle:60,1]);

Is this behavior intended? At the moment there is no mention of this in the documentation.

Not sure if this could be a feature. It can be a bit annoying that I have to change all the children that remove this middleware when I change it to throttle:120,1 for example.
