Description

Two issues:

1. The link with the anchor text "any bugs listed in our issue trackers", which leads to https://github.com/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3Abug+user%3Alaravel results in a 404.

2. "replace_placeholders" is mentioned in the logging documentation for 11.x, but there's no mention of what it actually does.

1. Saw the second sentence now. Maybe highlight it, so even morons like me can see it? I see link that's relevant, I click and ignore the rest.
2. Sounds resonable, but should be somewhere in the docs, one would think..
