Question: not an issue -Artisan migrations

Hi, I'm wondering how/if you got artisan migrations working?

I see it commented out in the Dockerfile, and also the cron commented out in the docker-compose file.

We are using Terraform, and docker-compose only locally, but I have not found a solid way to do this yet.
