Integrate "foxglove.CompressedVideo" schema support

Hi everyone,

Is there any plan to support this schema? I did a test and the topic was not listed when opening an Image panel.
This will provide a smaller MCAP file than using "foxglove.CompressedImage" schema for Video visualization.

Hello @benhozjan yeap, he have also a PR from he community that we are still checking, but soon I hope we can have it!

Hi @benhozjan , the PR was merged, so you should be able to check in the latest release.
