Add button to step to next message in topic

This is a feature that has existed in rqt_bag for a long time and is really useful for debugging.
rqt_bag has a small button on each panel, that enables the user to step forward until the next message is displayed in that panel.
E.g. on an image panel you could step forward in time until the next image is received.
This would be a nice feature to have in lichtblick.

Hey @arneboe, first of all thanks for reaching out!
Regarding your suggestion about adding a button to step to the next message in the same topic, it's something we've already talked about internally and we know it could be really useful in certain cases, so it's something we're planning to implement in the near future, I can't really give any timelines, but it's something in our plans!
I'll update you as things progress.
