hello @JaplaVikash! Can you share more information about your setup? We tested the performance of multiple MCAPs (like > 50 files) using very heavy data, they behave the same way, with the same performance as if it was one merged MCAP. Perhaps the problem is the frequency of some topics, or using too much 3D panels or messages too big in RawMessage. Simply the "multiple MCAP" feature itself is not the case of buffering issues.

Can you provide:

• OS you are using;
• MCAP you are using (if not possible, the report of mcap info your_file.mcap)
• Layout you are using;
• Extensions you are using;

That way we can help you to investigate the problem :)
