Is there a way to support user interaction from Lichtblick UI?

Thanks in advance. For example, I would like to add a button to the 2D panel and then upon click a message is sent to ROS2 over DDS. Thanks!

@t0ny-peng can't you use the publish panel? Maybe a button that does publishing would be more handy, but Lichtblick is great for having this multiple panel system. If we start to "merge" the functionalities, then this multi panel configuration would be kinda useless, don't you agree?

So I would use a Publish panel with the 3D.
