I'm considering integrating a feedback submission feature into my Windows desktop application for distribution. I've confirmed that the API works well with RESTful operations, but it seems to require a fully privileged API key without Expiration.
Is there a way to generate an API key that only has permissions for 'create issue'?

Many platforms like GitHub, Facebook, and other services typically provide authorization options for API keys with specific scopes.
