Update Vite using templates

🙋 Feature Request

• As Vite 3 was released, we need to change current templates to the newer version.
• React / Vue / Svelte and Vanilla templates

💁 Possible Solution

• Use the Vite command internally as NextJS / NuxtJS templates do
