QDL fails on devices with 410 SoC

Both myself and @mwasilew have tried recent qdl on a 410 based device. Milosz on a DB410c, and me on an old 'micro 410c' board which I have in my closet.

Bisecting brings me back to 983ec51 as the first good commit. Though there is a dozen of commits right after that cannot be tested, since they just don't work, though they don't exhibit the same error I am reporting here..

With recent QDL, I observe:

qdl prog_emmc_firehose_8916.mbn rawprogram0.xml patch0.xml 
waiting for programmer...
qdl: bulk write failed: Operation timed out
configure request with updated payload size failed

Git bisect returned with

There are only 'skip'ped commits left to test.
