Do you have a plan to expose the Kademlia table as key-value interface?

I think there's an opportunity to share states/data between nodes by using the existing Kademlia table.

There are no immediate plans, though a KV store can be implemented on top of Flatend and exposed as a separate library 😄 I am currently working on something like that behind the scenes at the moment (no clear ETA on when it will be public).
