Error: "unsupported feature encryption used in entry" #295

Hi. We use the logpresso scanner and since a few weeks he give us the the error: "unsupported feature encryption used in entry" when scanning files from our antivirus scanner. Should we do something or is the reason missing access rights? What should we do or better said: how do we have to understand the message? Thanks in advance
