Questions about missing files

Hello
I'm a student who wants to use this algorithm.
While working on it, 'C:/Users/user/data/benchmark' and 'C:/Users/user/data/cache/processed_data'
I followed the path and found no folders called 'benchmark' and 'processed_data'. Where can I find it?
