TetraControl v0.1.0!

I went ahead and create a release for TetraControl v0.1.0

For those unaware, I started a side project a while back trying to turn all of the online features on TetraForce's online platform into an full app. It's not super complex, but since it is now on par with the functionality of the existing functions in tetraforce-infrastructure, I'll likely be pushing for TetraForce's services to be moved over to work with application, as it should be easier to maintain and support going forward. 😄
