Feature Request: Error dialog when mod settings fail to load

For example, if there is an error parsing MOD_CONF.txt or any other JSON file.

Only if this is optional. Have the mods I play have issues of some sort.

@ifeldshteyn They might not have had issues in the first place if there was a dialog to let them know that they screwed something up (as we just found with More Heat Than Light).
