Why not have C3 in stubs on version 0.5.3 ?

The stub packages aren't created by me. The plugin only packages existing MicroPython stubs by Jos Verlinde and allows you to comfortably activate them. If you're missing a package for a certain board, it's possible to run the stubber tool and submit the generated stubs to the MicroPython Stubs repo. Once they can get approved you can let me know and I'll release a version with them included.

I'm not sure what you're asking for in the first question.

It is not normal to see just 4 stub packages in the settings UI - not unless you already typed something that filtered out the rest. I don't see this problem and I received no other reports of it, are you sure you haven't typed anything into the auto-complete field to filter out the other packages?

If a stub package isn't publicly released by Jos Verlinde as a part of his MicroPython stubs, it won't be available through the plugin. If you create a custom stub package you can follow this documentation entry to learn how to use it.

How to create the stub packages themselves is beyond the scope of this GitHub repo.
