API Wont Start - Error Message

Hello, sorry if this is just n00b question.

I'm on Windows, downlaoded the Pandrator_XTTS_v031.zip and unzipped to an empty folder. I ran the .exe as administrator and clicked to install using the defaults

Then I went to launch the launch section of the GUI and clicked launch using the default selections. Once a new project was made and text was imported, I went to change the TTS agent to XTTS and got the below error.

I then changed it back to Silero and got the following:

The CMD shows "XTTS sever is not online yet"

If you downloaded the zip package, you don't have to install anything (unless you want to add elements that were not in the package originally, like WhisperX etc.). Just start the app:

If you don't have an NVIDIA GPU, select "Use CPU" and unselect "Deepspeed".

Hello there

I started again and deleted the folder.

When I extract the .zip and run the installer as admin, then click launch, I still have the same 2 errors popping up.

I'm using a NVIDIA RTX 4070

Does the path to Pandrator contain any spaces? Like C:/My folder/Pandrator?

Seems like that was it thankyou. Moved it to the root of the drive. Seems it's running fine now. Running a test book.

I did have this error during installing

Failed to build coqui-tts ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (coqui-tts) did not find executable at 'C:\Users\USER\miniconda3\python.exe': The system cannot find the path specified.

There is no folder there called miniconda3 or python.exe at that location. Python is located at C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python39

System Python shouldn't be needed. The installer should download miniconda and use self-contained conda environments for everything. If you're having trouble with the installation, please download the zip package. No installation is required. Just unpack it and launch the app through the launcher, like the screenshot above. Hope it works! (I will check the installer on a fresh W11 VM to check if there are any issues.)

Sorry I should have included more information. Here was my process:

1. Download the largest of your .zips from the OneDrive
2. Unzip to a folder at the root of my C:/ drive
3. Run launcher as admin
4. The errors (in my original post) occur stating XTTS api hasn't been found
5. Move to install the XTTS api from https://github.com/daswer123/xtts-api-server using the command
6. I get the error during the install: Failed to build coqui-tts ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (coqui-tts) did not find executable at 'C:\Users\USER\miniconda3\python.exe': The system cannot find the path specified.
7. However Pandrator will now launch and successfully create audio books.
