[Feature request] [kinda a question] Adding the lock drop down button to a hotkey #1290

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Please make a toggle for lock

In the drop down menu with qterminal -d I'm finding myself having to use mouse and move there and hit lock

Image

The problem is that I don't like doing it that way thanks. I would love a hotkey in the behavior I couldn't find it.

[Temporary plaster fix ] for now I'm just using xbindkeys and xdotool to move my mouse to that location while the drop menu is down and then lock that dtop menu for me so that I don't have to move with my mouse.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please add a way to bind let's say ctrl+shift+l or something an option there in behavior to achieve that thanks

Describe eventual alternatives you've considered

xdotool and xbindkeys to automate it the dumb way which is not ideal

Context

it introduces lag to my brain stops my workflow when I touch mouse. I'm more like keyboard nvim orianted driven by ergonomic usage. I only use qterminal -d and sometimes I do use qterminal when I want a quick and dirty tabs way to change color of the terminal when I'm on a differnet user (usually when I'm logged into 3+ users) it helps a bit.

I have 20 desktops that are active so that's why I use the drop down menu and having a hotkey to lock it would be really huge so that I can activate the drop down menu again (switch focus to qterminal -d) then basically unlock it.
