After deployed Istio helm release via boilerplate get errors in the istiod pod logs - "error controllers error handling istiod-default-validator, retrying(retry count: 1): webhook is not ready, retry controller=validation"

Steps to Reproduce

1. step 1 - clone code to local computer
2. step 2 - prepare infrastructure by deploying VPC, EKS cluster, Karpenter
3. step 3 - deploy K8s-addons with Istio release enabled
